The Company offers you a ONE YEAR WARRANTY for your RO water purifier. Should you have any service requirement during this period, do not hesitate to contact our service centers. After the One Year warranty period, you have the option of entering into a Maintenance Service Contract with us.
The Service contract entities you to some attractive benefits. Routine maintenance service every four- months Three sediment cartridges, one carbon cartridges and one membrane cartridge will be replaced as per competitive prices.
All the other parts expect body parts will be replaced if damaged during the contract period. Promote attendance to your servicing needs (over and above the routine service).
A vast network of service center managed by experienced service representatives. Do remember to ask for your copy of the annual Maintenance Contract from before the warranty period gets over.
